Please don't insult this seasoning by adding any other spice! Can be used on anything from grits and eggs to surf and turf.

CRAWFISH BOIL

Mix 1 lb. per 10 lbs. seafood. Only put enough water to cover seafood. Bring water to a boil. Mix in seasonings and put in seafood and bring back to a boil. 10 minutes on crawfish, 15 minutes on crabs, 1 minute on shrimp. Let soak and check every 5 minutes to verify your taste for seasoning.

ETOUFEE MIX

Mix with tap water: 2 cups mix to 1 quart of water, then mix into onions after they are sauteed. It will start to thicken when heated. For that extra "kick", add in velvetta cheese and melt down before mixing in the etoufee'.

TURKEY RUB

(CAUTION: Rub down turkey or pork loin out of sight of significant other.) No need to inject! Rub down and let marinate in refrigerator for 12-24 hours. Fry in peanut oil at 325 degrees for 3 minutes per pound of turkey.
