Roast and Gravy Magic Beef Roast Oven Cooking

Package comes with a 2 bag process:

Seasoning Bag and a Gravy Thickening bag

1 package of CreativeCajun Cooking’s Roast & Gravy Magic

7 cups of water

6-7 pounds Beef Roast (your favorite cut)

1 bottle CreativeCajun Cooking’s Cajun BBQ Wing Sauce

2 can 12 ounces Coke

12 ounces mushrooms stems and pieces sliced (Optional)


1--- In the pot or pan you are cooking in, mix pack of CreativeCajun Cooking’s Roast & Gravy Magic seasoning part with 4 cups of water.

2--- Place Roast in pan

3--- Pour Coke around edges and drizzle Creative Cajun Cooking CreativeCajun Cooking’s Cajun BBQ Wing Sauce over the top of the roast.

5--- Install an internal thermometer to center of meat, cover with foil and place in oven at 350 degrees until internal temperature reaches 95 degrees F, uncover and bring to 140 degrees F, then remove from oven.

6--- Place CreativeCajun Cooking’s Roast & Gravy Magic gravy thickening powder in a sauce pan with 3 cups of tap water and whisk until smooth.

7--- Pour liquids from around roast into sauce pan and whisk until smooth then place on stove burner, whisking until it starts to bubble slightly.

8--- As you serve the pork roast, spoon the gravy over the top. If you have a side of Mashed Potatoes or Rice, spoon some over that also.
