Jamba Pasta laya Rice Pot


Alligator & Alligator Sausage Jambalaya (Rice Pot)

Alligator Jambalaya

NOTE: This is for a standard rice pot, not a pressure cooker.

Ingredients:
1 lb alligator meat, cut in bite size pieces
1 lb alligator sausage, sliced
1 pack CCC's Jamba-Pastalaya seasoning (save the other bag for a different meal)
6 cups water
2 1/2 cups rice

Directions:
In a large rice pot (12+ cups), add all of the ingredients, stir well, then press "Cook" function. Fluff the rice when it's done. Easy!



Shrimp Jambalaya (Rice Pot)

Shrimp Jambalaya


NOTE: This is for a standard rice pot, not a pressure cooker.

Ingredients:

2 lbs shrimp, peeled/deveined
1 pack CCC's Jamba-Pastalaya seasoning (save the other bag for a different meal)
6 cups water
2 1/2 cups rice

Directions:
In a large rice pot (12+ cups), add all of the ingredients, stir well, then press "Cook" function. Fluff the rice when it's done. Easy!

(If you want to add sausage, you can do 1 lb shrimp/1 lb sliced smoked sausage)
