Catering for my customers

"I use Creative Cajun Cooking, Inc. to cater my on site field jobs as in these plants listed below that I sell products to from Koch Engineering the Knight Division.
Everyone in each location looks forward to the next job and wants him to come back for the next project. Jimmy Babin not only does great with the catering, but also does a great job entertaining my customers with the Cajun Music playing while the event is going on. He comes from the industrial back ground making a living for the last 36 years owning a fabrication / construction company so he is very knowledgeable of their needs and requirements.
Creative Cajun Cooking, Inc. is top notch in my book!!!!

Best stuff on salads!

"The SMOKIN' FRYIN' RUB is the best salad dressing in the universe.  I no longer use any liquid salad dressings.  Just sprinkle the desired amount of SMOKIN' FRYIN' RUB on top of the salad and enjoy.

Also, I use it in soups and stews for a nice ""bite"" to the flavor of lentil, bean or pea soups.  Veal stew takes on a new appeal with a bit of the rub.  It is also great with scrambled eggs and omelettes.

I reach for the container of SMOKIN' FRYIN' RUB when I'm making tuna sandwiches, breakfast eggs and main meals.

About the only thing I'm not using it on is chocolate ice cream!

"We had the pleasure of the CCC experience right in our parking lot.  So at lunch time we all enjoyed Jimmy's fantastic Cajun food.  What a sight for us Yankees, that line of huge black cast iron pots full of steaming spicy Cajun food redolent with ""Swamp Dust"".  I think it was the first time that many of us had ever heard Zydeco music, toes tapping and heads bobbing in time to the party beat we all stood in line laughing and talking - its true what they say, food brings people together.  Then, as the afternoon progressed people would mosey on down and chat with Jimmy and sample some more of his Gumbo, or Etoufe. 
We all remember that bon temps, our eyes glazing over with visions of  gators, Gumbo, Crawfish, and steaming pots of real Cajun food  lovingly prepared by Jimmy Babin!"

Never a Dull Moment!

Jimmy Babin has catered our company Christmas Party since 2010 and we take comfort in knowing that he is going to deliver every time! He always has the crowd going with his swamp pop music playing and great attitude. He is very welcoming and he takes extra steps that he does not have to take just to make sure we are happy. I personally went to check to see how things were coming along one morning and he had just finished his delicious macaroni. He insisted that I take a small plate with me for breakfast (I must say, it was a delicious breakfast to my surprise!!!) He never fails to deliver a successful meal, but more importantly, he brings a meaningful and fun experience for all of our staff to enjoy. With Mr. Jimmy it isn't about the food alone. He loves serving people and there is no price tag you can put on that.
