Jimmy Babin explains how to make Redfish Buras. Don't have redfish? That's okay, any white fleshed fish will do. It's sprinkled with Magic Swamp Dust and a little Seafood Boil (made by Creative Cajun Cooking), then slathered in orange marmalade, covered in orange slices and pecans, then baked until flaky.
