Shrimp Jambalaya (Rice Pot) NOTE: This is for a standard rice pot, not a pressure cooker. Ingredients: 2 lbs shrimp, peeled/deveined 1 pack CCC's Jamba-Pastalaya seasoning (save the other bag for a different meal) 6 cups water 2 1/2 cups rice Directions: In a large rice pot (12+ cups), add all of the ingredients, stir well, then press "Cook" function. Fluff the rice when it's done. Easy! (If you want to add sausage, you can do 1 lb shrimp/1 lb sliced smoked sausage) |
